Training Camps 2008.

Another Spring Camp at Banyoles has ended and I am just in awe of the endeavour and determination shown during the training, in particular erging. Some excellent running, biking and water rowing also. A huge thank you to everyone for making this a great Camp. Hope to see you in September.

More success

More success for Keith as he has secured a second GB Team selection following a Duathlon qualifying event at Swindon at the weekend. Also racing at the weekend, Banyoles old boy Will Whitmore, of DBMax Sports Events. Good luck to Will and DBMax for the forthcoming season.

Lyonheart owner Keith has qualified for the GB British Triathlon Age Group Team in forthcoming International races. First up though will be the next Lyonheart Training Camp from 7th May. Excellent training in prospect and good weather promised by Spanish colleagues! - Posted 02-Apr-2008 22:36

World Championships

Several Training Camp regulars competed in the World Indoor Rowing Championships at the weekend in Boston USA, returning with some medals. Well done to all.
